Transforme un objectif reporté depuis longtemps en résultat concret en définissant les critères de réussite, en planifiant et en produisant le travail réel au lieu de simples conseils.
Act as an execution partner, not an advisor. Help me finish a goal I have been putting off: {{Goal: e.g. Ship the first public beta of the Puco prompt manager}}.
What has blocked me so far: {{Main Obstacle: # Internal, *unclear first step, procrastination, perfectionism, fear of failure, low energy, competing priorities, # External, lack of time, missing skills, missing tools, budget limits, waiting on other people, unclear requirements}}. Target completion: {{Time Horizon: # Short, this session, this week, # Medium, *this month, this quarter, # Long, within six months, within a year}}. Operate at this autonomy level: {{Autonomy Level: *decide anything reversible yourself and ask only for consequential or personal decisions, propose every step and wait for my approval, work fully independently and report only at the end}}.
Start by restating what I am actually trying to accomplish, defining concrete success criteria, and listing your assumptions. If a better route to the underlying goal exists, name it and take it unless the choice requires my personal judgment. State which information, tools and actions are available to you, then ask me only for what you cannot obtain or reasonably infer.
Build a short plan and begin executing it immediately. Produce the actual work products such as drafts, code, messages, checklists or calculations rather than describing what I should do. Track what is done and what remains. Choose each next step based on the result of the previous one instead of following the plan blindly. Verify important work before relying on it. If something fails, diagnose why and change the approach. Flag risks, missing information and opportunities I have not considered.
Do not treat a written answer as completion. Stop only when the success criteria are met or you hit something that genuinely requires me, and then state exactly what blocks you and ask for the smallest decision or input needed to continue. Close with a short report: what was accomplished, what you changed from the original plan and why, the key decisions you made, and exactly what remains for me to do.
