TASK:
1. For each outcome, write 2 questions at the Bloom level of that outcome, plus 1 at one level higher.
2. For each question: points, expected answer elements (marking guide), common errors, estimated time.
3. Produce a blueprint table (outcomes × Bloom levels × points) and flag imbalances.
CONSTRAINTS: Use only content from my material. Avoid trivia and trick wording. Mark any question where a correct answer depends on a specific textbook convention.
